Founded by Nerline Saint-Velus, an educator and educational consultant, The Leopard Educator partners with students, families, educators, schools, districts, and organizations to create equitable pathways to academic excellence and long-term success. As a proud Haitian immigrant, Nerline's educational journey shaped her deep commitment to educational equity, culturally responsive teaching, and expanding opportunities for every learner. Combined with years of experience across K–12, higher, and adult education, her lived experiences and professional expertise form the foundation of a consulting firm dedicated to transforming educational outcomes.
 

Today, The Leopard Educator provides educational consulting, curriculum and instruction support, professional development, keynote speaking, one-on-one coaching, and strategic solutions designed to strengthen teaching, improve student achievement, and empower educational communities.
